Enclosed Worm Gear Slew Drive Description
SE slew drives are mainly used in solar tracking system, construction machinery. Because of their multiple uses, slewing drives come in a variety of model sizes, performance ranges and mounting characteristics. The drives are well suited for applications that require both load holding and rotational torque from the same gear box. They can also be made with dual axes of rotation, (turning axes at the same time) or with dual drives on the same axis, (two worm threads driving the same ring gear in one axis).

The Features of The Matched Gear Motor
1. The output shaft of the geared motor adopts a double support structure, which greatly increases the maximum torque of the gearbox.
2. The sun gear and planetary gear are connected by splines, which increases the maximum torque of the gearbox and prolongs the service life.
3. The input stage adopts helical gear, which has low noise and stable operation at high speed. The inner gear is separated to make the transmission ratio larger and the design flexible. The gearbox and the motor are fixed by axial threaded joints, which improves the matching accuracy and reduces the noise. .
4. Ultra-quiet and stable operation, with a service life of more than 10,000 hours.
